Abstract

Earthquake Spectra is the peer-reviewed journal of the Earthquake Engineering Research Institute (EERI). It serves the informational needs of the diverse professionals engaged in earthquake risk reduction, including engineering practice, codes and regulations, public policy, and earthquake investigation reports. EERI is a non-profit membership organization that connects multidisciplinary professionals dedicated to advancing earthquake resilience worldwide.
